Customer Case StudiesHere are two case studies where my Customers benefited by using the services I can provide -1. A client’s bank balance was decreasing and they were not able to with draw the funds they had been drawing from the business. I produced cash flow information to help them identify what was happening. The result was there their expenditure was increasing in certain areas of the business but the main problem was that their income was going down. From this we identified why this was happening so that they could develop an action plan to reverse this trend. 2. A client needed to know how much profit they had made at the end of their financial year in order to work out a profit share for the partners. Their accountants were unable to produce a set of accounts until 10 months after the year end had happened, due to previous commitments and other clients. The solutions that I could provide was to produce a profit prediction for the business which, gave them information they needed to know much sooner. This can also reduce the accountant’s bill when the year end accounts were finally produced as much of the work will have already been done for them.
